Depressed people are depressing
* If you ever read any article about how to deal with depression, or maybe a simple list of things to do to ease depression you will notice that there is always this one recurring advice, it goes something close to this so i'll put a quotation mark although its not actually quoted : " Tip number 3: If you happen to be around people or someone that is depressed or sad, try to avoid contact with that person, sit with different people with positive views, life is too short to waste on people who will make you feel bad ",well to some extent it is true, if you are dealing with a depressed person it sure won't make your day any better, and yeah it'll be harder for you to enjoy the company of the person, i understand that, but didn't they think that if a depressed person reads this advice he will actually start to think that he is negatively affecting everyone that is around him? Won't he start to think that people are avoiding him just to be 'happy' which will make him more angry and frustrated and yes depressed?
